About:
The Community area is an area for anyone who is trusted on the server. They may TP to anyone who is there already.
This area, has the aim to be similar to the /wild, but adds limited accessibilty for new people. This will reduce chances of anyone's work being undone or griefed.

The Area:
In this area, people are free to build whatever they want, as long as it's appropriate and it's built where it belongs.
The area itself will be separated in districts with each of them having their own purpose. Let's take the Main District. The main district just serves as a 'spawn' for the area. TP's from new people will be accepted here, since there are going to be signs with the server's rules, and some additional rules that only apply to this area. You will also find a wall with signs containing names. Those are the names of everyone who is allowed to teleport here.

Starting a town:
As said earlier, everyone who may access the area, is free to start a new town. This, however, has one limitation. Every town has to have it's own distinctive style, as if it belongs to a certain country or culture. If you start a town, you take the mayorship of that town on you. This means you are pretty much responsible of the town's look.
Anyone may join in and build in your town. This means that if one has a house in town A, they can also have one in town B.
If you disagree on anyone building in a certain location, you have the right to point them into another direction where they may build in the same town. Oh, and ensure that everyone builds in the town's style! Hobbit houses in a Asian city wont be appreciated!

Building a town:
Those towns should look nice. Do not leave debris anywhere to avoid unwanted destruction of a landscape. Towns mainly consist of people's houses. Players can build houses of any size, as long as they do not use the entire town's space and ruin the towns look.
Eventually shops, guilds and other professions can be set-up, although there will be a separate shopping district next to the main area.
Do not forget adding some nice decorations to a town, eyecatchers lure people in your town.

Joining a town:
Joining a town is fairly easy. If you are allowed in the area, you can freely join any town. Just ask a major where you can start building your house, and off you go!
Houses may be built in multiple towns, as long as you have the approval of the mayor.

Starting a shop:

Anyone who may access the area may setup a shop in the shopping district. This district is the only district that allows TP'ing people there for sales, and should be protected to avoid people from getting in the towns! Shops are free. If anyone lets you build a shop for a small fee please report. This is not allowed.

Leadership:
There wont be anyone taking the leadership of the area. The mayor is there to give directions, though they basically have to follow the same rules as anyone else. Everyone is equal here, and should be treated in a nice way. If anything needs to be discussed, we all are part of this discussion. New people who want to access the area require a positive amount of votes to access the area.

Rules:
Everyone in this area takes full responsibility of their actions. This means that they agree to follow the Vanilla World rules. If one does not follow those, please collect proof (screenshots!), and report them in the 'Report a player'-section of the forums!

Allowed people:

We are very strict towards letting players get to the area. Only let people TP who are listed here. If you let people TP who are not on the list, your future TP's to the area will be denied.
Do NOT give griefers a chance!

Rules:

Who owns the area? - The area was started by Lichtontvlambaar
Can I keep my /home? - Yes, you can. This area is purely for building together and can be reached by teleporting to other members.
Can I set my /home in the community area? - If you have been whitelisted, ofcourse! Just ask either lichtontvlambaar, Rocky_jungle or chickinhawk to /sharehome!
May I invite my friend? - If he's on the whitelist, he may access the area, if not he should first apply to be whitelisted. This can be done through the VWEvolution forums.
Can I join when I am not on the whitelist? - No, if you want to do so, please ask to join. The inhabitants will vote to let you in.
Can I haz a cookie? - Yush!
